That’s the short list. This month I’m finishing my nineteenth year of keeping a daily Gratitude Journal. Because besides the tinsel, wrapping paper, gift cards and crazy, the true gifts we receive all year long are the most important.
Here’s wishing you all happy holidays and gifts all year long on your very own all ready gotten gifts list. We are all more rich than we realize. What’s on your 2015 gifts gotten list?

I’m going to start a gratitude journal in 2016. So easy in this day and age to get suckered into negativity with Tweets, FB, 24/7 news….Thanks for bringing the journal to the front of my mind today.
Merry Christmas Dear Friend!

Happy Holidays too Good Friend! I use “The Simple Abundance Journal of Gratitude” by Sarah Ban Breathnach. It is hard-cover, pretty and reasonably priced, plus I can buy it every year. Happy New Year! 🙂

in no particular order, Comet tummy tickles with loud purring, chocolate, mom and Kim’s listening ears, warm water when I wash my hands, the delight of genealogy club members as we add new information and ancestors to our research, kayaks and bicycles, HV Hikers, girl’s trips, attending my daughter’s wedding and being invited to their first Thanksgiving complete with their new traditions, health, warm fuzzy blankets, five grandchildren and a new son in law!

Love all of this. It takes a minute of reflection to realise just how lucky we all are…
