I chose to turn off the news Tuesday night and watch “America’s Got Talent.” Sometimes your heart and mind need a break.
So what restored my faith? This pretty perky little fowl. If we can harness chicken power to play the piano, there is nothing we can’t accomplish together. Think the chickens are getting a band together too.

Huckleberry knows what he’s doing. It’s the humans who are driving his mom and dad nuts. Seems this lively pooch figured out how to get on the roof as a young pup and he loves the height advantage. But every human who comes by thinks they don’t know about Huckleberry’s roof job.
His parents have posted a sign. So don’t knock, but do wave at Huckleberry! He’s a social media top dog now. #hucktheroofdog Of course.

Behind schedule. Again. The sun came out Tuesday and I threw caution to the wind. And stayed away from the computer the rest of the week. But now I am back to share a very late almost still Quirky Friday post.
I love these two cats, but I don’t really think you can shame cats; they’re too cool for that. Plus they know they’re better than us. Really. We scoop their poop. Nuf said!

Break out the dip, chips and snacks, its the great football weekend of Kitten Bowl IV! I know you’ve all been looking forward to it, but we’re concerned about field conditions given the weather. Seems the ground keeper plow puppies have it under control. Snow removal is on target.
There is also that other game between the Falcons and Patriots, but Kitten Bowl IV comes on first on the Hallmark Channel and repeats all day. Go cathletes!

P.S. So happy to know Fufu the predicting hedgehog at the Oregon Zoo overturned Groundhog Phil’s forecast yesterday. Early Spring here we come. Girl hedgehog power! FuFu rocks!
