And on the twenty-eighth day, there was a new web site! Sweet jumping grapefruit it’s been a journey. Since last we chatted, I had the blog moved to a new self-hosted web site, changed the design theme and all was right with the world. @#$%
Hopefully, my fabulous readers, you are still with me – they promised you would come with me. This is a test of that promise. Given my hate-hate relationship with tech and my fabulous Happiness Engineer, things were going well until they went sideways.
If you find broken links, I don’t have a clue how to fix them, but I will try. There will be more tweaks along the way, so buckle up. Next time I undertake this mission, I’m hiring Navy SEALs!
But back at the Oregon Zoo, goats Ruth and Sonia have been bravely going on their rounds. This one seemed so appropriate to re-christen the blog.
Hope you had a Happy Fourth of July! Have a great, safe, weekend and Happy Quirky Friday!

I’m still with you! I am also very pro-goat (proat?).

Proats it is! Thanks for the confirmation. For a reward, I gave you more goats!

Fun video choice! Kudos on the new website…looks fabulous. 🙂 FYI, I had to update the links on my website; the old ones didn’t migrate/forward. Don’t know if they were supposed to or not?
Kimberly A. Cook says
I waited to redirect the old blog until Monday to the new web site, so all the links should be good. WP cautioned me not to have duplicate info up because Google doesn’t like that. Let’s not upset Google! Thanks for the support!

I made the journey with you, it seems. Looks good! As for the goats and lions, the lions seem pretty interested in the parade. The goats seem pretty interested in getting out.
Kimberly A. Cook says
I can totally relate to the goats. Many times in the Army I was pretty outnumbered. Or maybe that just made it even? 🙂

I was getting worried about you! Glad you’re back!
Kimberly A. Cook says
Thanks for the concern. I was worried about you guys too. Since I couldn’t use the blog during the process, I hoped you all were still out in cyberspace. Luckily, you are. 🙂
